1. Booking & Payment
All bookings require full prepayment at the time of reservation. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (card payments) or Montonio (bank transfers). Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before check-in: Full refund
- 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Cancellations must be requested via email to info@kamper.ee.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability).
4. Guest Capacity
The number of guests must not exceed the capacity listed for the accommodation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior arrangement.
5. House Rules
- No smoking inside accommodations
- Pets: by prior arrangement only
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property
6. Liability
Teetalu Glamping is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or damage caused by weather, wildlife, or guest negligence. Guests use outdoor facilities at their own risk.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no extra cost.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pärnu County Court.
